To develop and practice appropriate marketing plan and strategies to develop healthy, successful, the incremental and sustainable volume of retail business. To establish, develop, launch and drive a new retail business in the Service industry.

Requirements:

• Any Graduation/Engineering back ground with 10 years of UAE experience in building Maintenance  and soft services
• Extensive experience in retail service delivery  of Hard and soft maintenance services
• Experience in, home repairs, handyman services,  hospitality, maid services, and cleaning services
• UAE driving license with good communication and leadership skills.
• Good managerial capabilities with enthusiastic approach

Experience in supervising planned and unplanned cleaning activities to meet challenging work schedules.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of UAE experience in the Cleaning Supervisory field.
• Male & Female candidates are preferred.
• Good knowledge in all types of cleaning work.
• Excellent supervising skills.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and tools.
• English, Hindi Speaking, Good interpersonal/ communication skills.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Nationality: Indian, Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lankan.
